Babyzu

Terms of use

Version 2026-10-21 · Last updated: October 21, 2026

1. What Babyzu is

Babyzu is a free log for families to record their baby's day, as an Android app and on the web. You can use it without an account; family sync is optional and requires accepting these terms, the privacy policy and the processing of the health data you log.

2. Not a medical device

Babyzu only records what you enter. It gives no medical advice, never suggests medicines or doses, does not assess growth or development and never replaces your pediatrician. Developmental milestones are an indicative guide based on public CDC materials; every baby develops at their own pace. Sleep sounds are just an aid: follow safe-sleep and volume recommendations. If you have any doubt about your baby's health, ask a healthcare professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

3. Your account and your family

4. The service

We do our best to keep sync working well, but it is provided "as is", without a guarantee of continuous availability. Don't rely on it as the only copy of important information. We may change or discontinue sync with reasonable notice in the app; your local data will remain on your device. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Liability

Babyzu is not responsible for decisions you make based on what you log, nor for data entered by your family members. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Leaving

You can leave a family, stop syncing or delete your account at any time in the app or by emailing info@babyzu.app (see how to delete your account).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If they change in an important way, we'll tell you in the app.
